Oven “fried” chicken tenders and vegan ranch!

First let’s start with the vegan ranch!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Veganaise (I prefer soy free!)
1/4 cup Water
1/2 teaspoon Dried Parsley
1/2 teaspoon of Dill
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Celery Salt
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Mix well! Refrigerate for at least an hour but the longer the better!

Chicken tenders

Ingredients:

1-2 lb of boneless skinless chicken breast sliced into desired size

1 cup of flour

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon pepper

Cayenne pepper (to taste)

2 cups panko

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Liberally grease a baking sheet with olive oil.

Put all dry ingredients in a gallon ziplock bag and shake to combine. Add chicken.

Once the chicken is coated, lay it on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 min.

We like ours served with steam fresh edamame!!
